only one tag shows for multiple-tagged items

Description

When items are tagged with multiple tags, the "Tags:" parameter in Gregarius only shows the first tag that the item was tagged with.

It looks like the problem is that the iidInCid array is not properly initialized, hence the tags array for each item only contains the first tag.
