Have an option to prune only deleted items

I'm an avid user of the Individual Delete plugin. But after some months of use, my database fills up with items marked as deleted, but still present in the DB.

I'd love to have an option in the pruning screen that allows me to remove only the items marked as deleted in the DB. (As for now, I have to use a SQL command and do this manually.)
