When using a feed that uses a "+" in the title the page returns a 404 error

Description
What I did: I added a feed, to be more exact, this one: http://www.cad-comic.com/rss/rss.xml, the adding went fine, but when a user tries to access it Gregarius returns a 404 error (http://leftblank.nl/rss/Ctrl+Alt+Del/) because, apparently, the url is invalid.
