Category not accepted special characters

Description

I do not obtain to define a category that includes special characters, such as â ã á é ê õ ô ó ú í... It is possible to use these characters for titles, but it does not for categories or folders.

PS: Forgives me if I made some thing missed in the hour to create this ticket, I am not accustomed with this form to report bugs.
