Add updates to existing items as new items

Currently, we have 2 choices with the rss.input.allowupdates option:

• ignore updates to existing items
• overwrite existing items with updates

I would like another choice:

• add updates as new items

It looks like there is a variable $ind in the patch that is undefined. Should be $indb I think.
