tags sidebar listing includes items from deleted feeds

Description

When feeds are deleted, their items remain in the database. Since the enumeration of the tags listing on the sidebar does not take items from deleted feeds into account, clicking on one of these tags displays less items than the sidebar displays.

The resolution of this might be dependent on #367, depending on how that is fixed.
