Description

As it currently stands, you can configure plugins. But you cannot configure themes. Since themes can override configuration options and also create theme-specific plugins, we need to allow for a theme to display a configuration dialog and store configuration information.

Ok, not really fixed yet: theme properties can be set, but we still need an architecture to display and change the theme's configuration
