Too many unread items - need "Read Next" link

Description
When there are more than a 100 unread items, the front page shows only the first 100, and there is no easy way to read the items beyond this number. It would be very helpful to have a "Read Next" (and also "previous") link at the bottom of the page, when there are more than 100 unread items.
