Description

I use Opera on linux. When I right click on a feed to copy and paste it into Gregarius. I click in the box and it auto selects the http://. But on linux, selection is how you copy and paste, and thus it just overwrote my clipboard. Can there be a way to not have it preloaded with http://?

Thanks.

this has been annoying me for some time now. It is also a problem with firefox on linux. I know it is technically termed a browser bug, but is there a compelling use case for the this.select statement when you click the textbox? If we remove that, everything will be fine.

I would just perfer that there was a way to just have it blank.

in [992]. This solution is a little bit artificial, but has the advantage of still hinting to the user that he has to provide a valid URL, while not selecting/copying the http:// prefix
