Mark as read at bottom

I think it would make sense if there was a "Mark Feed/Folder as Read" button at the bottom of the pages since the bottom of the page is normally where you end up after having read everything on it.

Gregarius by default comes with a plugin to put that button over there. You can enable it in your plugin section. It is called "Extra Button" and it Adds an extra "Mark Feed As Read" button at the bottom of each feed view.
