"Mark this folder as read" shouldn't go to new folder if there are still unread items in this folder

Now that "Mark this folder as read" only marks shown items as read, it would be nice if clicking it would show more items from the current folder, if there are any, or move to the next folder if not

This is what I think should happen.

We need to have pages for spillovers. So if you are viewing a feed and there are more than rss.numitems or some predetermined limit then there should be a link to page 2, 3, 4 etc. Just like the output of the search pages.

If you click mark this folder as read then it marks the folder as read. (i.e. all items in that folder irrespective of whether you have read them or not. ). Mark all items as read should only mark the items the visible items on the current page as read. Does this make sense? I am not sure I have explained it properly, but my vague idea is that if we have spillovers for pages and follow the meanings of "mark items as read" and "mark folder as read" then we should be okay.
